There is no service charge. The only amount deducted from your balance is the transferred amount.
You can transfer balance to active FSMTCeLL numbers only.
It could have happened that somebody else used your phone to make that transfer. Please ensure that your phone is PIN protected or has password protected screen saver on to prevent this from happening.
FSMTC will not be responsible for incorrect number loading. Please double check recipient mobile number before pressing the dial button.
Make sure that your current cell phone signal level is adequate for you to make a voice call. In addition, verify the GPRS settings on your phone. Turn your phone off for a few seconds, on again, and try your GPRS access. If you are still unable to connect, please call Customer Service for further assistance by dialing HELP (4356).
