There is a $24.00 set top box installation fee & a monthly recurring charge of $10.95 for a residential single-family unit or business single-dwelling unit.
For multiple dwelling unit such as hotels, hookup fee is $24.00 per room and monthly fee depends on the number of rooms.
There is a monthly recurring charge of $10.95 for a single-family unit.
Hotel recurring monthly fee is based on number of rooms ($13.95 primary fee + $10.00 for each additional room).

Additional set top boxes can be added at $10.00 per unit per month.
