Kolonia, Pohnpei - On Thursday, November 26, 2020, FSM Telecom donated buckets filled with basic toiletries such as soap, toothpaste, shampoo, towels and other necessities as well as mats to the Pohnpei State Government. FSMTC answered a request seeking support for a Christmas drive to raise donations for patients at the Pohnpei State Hospital, inmates at the State Jail and disabled people in need.
Kapilly Capelle, Special Assistant to the Governor, graciously accepted the donations on behalf of Governor Reed Oliver and Lt. Governor Feliciano Perman, saying, “Please pass on our most ardent thanks to CEO Fredy Perman and FSMTC Board. The people who will be receiving these donations, patients at the Pohnpei State Hospital, state Jail and other people in need, will surely appreciate these wonderful donations.”
Accepting the donations with Mr. Capelle were Director of Finance Christina Elnei, Director of Public Affairs Peteriko Hairens and other Pohnpei government staff.
