The Yap Office of FSM Telecom wishes to announce Mr. Bill Acker as the appointed Board of Director for Yap State.  As part of Bill’s first weeks on the job, we would like to make him available to any person or business or government office.  The purpose of this is for Bill to hear your thoughts on what concerns you may have about Telecom, what services you want to have or have improved and in general, your ideas on how Telecom can improve services to you or your business or office. 
Bill is setting aside 2 hours per day on Monday, Wednesday and Friday June 1st, 3rd and 5th as well as 2 hours per day on Monday, Wednesday and Friday June 8th, 10th and 12th.  These time slots will be between the hours of 10AM and 12 Noon and are by appointment only so that you will not need to wait.  If you would like to discuss anything about Telecom with Bill, please call 350-2300 and ask for Darlene Giley.  She will then set an appointment for you and text/e-mail you a reminder a day or two prior to the appointment.  Bill is doing this to have a better idea of what the public wants and needs from Telecom.  He certainly can’t promise to fix everything but he does promise to listen and bring your thoughts, suggestions, criticism, etc. to the appropriate people and he will get back to you on the outcome.
