Now FSMTCeLL mobile users can send balance anytime, anywhere from their mobile to their friend's or family’s FSMTCeLL numbers.

No need to activate. All cellphones are enabled to transfer.
To transfer balance, dial *111*<Type receiver’s mobile number>*<Type transfer amount>#. For example, to transfer $10 to 920-0001, dial *111*9200001*10#
You can transfer minimum $1 at a time, as long as there is enough balance in your FSMTCeLL account.
You can transfer maximum $999 at a time, as long as there is enough balance in your FSMTCeLL account.
There is no service charge. The only amount deducted from your balance is the transferred amount.
You can transfer balance to active FSMTCeLL numbers only.
It could have happened that somebody else used your phone to make that transfer. Please ensure that your phone is PIN protected or has password protected screen saver on to prevent this from happening.
FSMTC will not be responsible for incorrect number loading. Please double check recipient mobile number before pressing the dial button.
Make sure that your current cell phone signal level is adequate for you to make a voice call. In addition, verify the GPRS settings on your phone. Turn your phone off for a few seconds, on again, and try your GPRS access. If you are still unable to connect, please call Customer Service for further assistance by dialing HELP (4356).
