Send an SMS to PIN (746) with the keyword "Get" as the first word of the SMS. You will receive a text message containing your network PIN. Currently, FSM Telecom does not assess any charges for obtaining your PIN through SMS.

Absolutely. Any FSMTCeLL subscriber may use his/her cellphone to send SMS text to any email user whether it be here in FSM or the rest of the world. The cost...only $0.04 per message successfully sent. While there are other format options one may employ to send SMS text to an email, just follow this simple format: at your message editor, enter [email address] [space] [message]. Enter [266] as the desired destination number. The maximum number of 130 characters for your message applies. If you have trouble using this service, do not hesitate to contact your local customer service representative.
To send a message from an email account such as outlook or hotmail, just type in the cellphone number you want to send text to with @cell.fm. There shouldn't be any spaces between the numbers. For example: it should be 6919201111@cell.fm. The three digit prefix area code for cellular accounts are as follows: Kosrae (970); Yap (950); Ulithi (951); Chuuk (930) and Pohnpei (920). Remember to always precede the cellular number with the country code for FSM, which is 691.
A FSMTCell user has 90 days from date of refill transaction and account balance before his/her account expires. After 90 days, the cellular account balance will be lost; however, if additional funds are added to account before it expires, then the existing balance will be carried over to new expiration date. Cellular Mobile Number is deactivated and deleted if there are no funds added within 90 days after the account balance expiration date. Any information on the deactivated account will be lost and the mobile number will be reassigned to a prospective customer.
